This License Agreement governs the use of our digital design assets, ensuring a clear understanding of the permissions and limitations associated with our content. By accessing and utilizing our design assets, you signify your agreement to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read this agreement carefully before proceeding.
Usage Rights: All design assets available on DesignsVerse Studio are protected by copyright and remain the property of DesignsVerse Studio. Upon purchasing or downloading our design assets, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license that allows you to use these assets for personal or commercial design purposes, subject to the restrictions outlined in this agreement.
Permitted Usage:
- You are authorized to use the design assets for personal or commercial design purposes in PRINTED FORMAT ONLY.
- You may print the design assets on various items such as t-shirts, posters, mugs, pillows, stickers, and caps.
- Unlimited copies of the design assets can be printed.
- The design assets can be used for promotional endeavors, including advertising, flyers, website banners, presentations, and more.
- You can make significant alterations to the design assets or incorporate them into your own creations, but they can only be sold in PRINTED FORMAT.
Prohibited Usage:
- You are prohibited from reselling the design assets in their digital format, even with modifications.
- The reselling, sublicensing, renting out, or redistribution of the files, even for free, is strictly prohibited.
License: Our unified licensing solution caters comprehensively to all:
- For Studios, Individuals, and Commercial Entities: Use assets limitlessly across all design projects, whether you’re a solo designer, a medium-sized studio, or a large commercial agency. With a single license, enjoy worldwide usage rights without conveying ownership.
Intellectual Property Rights: All assets, content, and functionality on DesignsVerse Studio, including information, text, images, audio, video, and design, are owned by DesignsVerse Studio LLC, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Restrictions:
- Do not resell the design assets as they are, even after edits.
- Do not resell, sublicense, rent-out, or redistribute the files on their own.
By accessing and using our design assets, you acknowledge your understanding of this License Agreement and agree to its terms and conditions. In the event of a breach, DesignsVerse Studio LLC reserves the right to revoke your license.
